Chicken Karahi – Spicy Desi Curry from Pakistan

📋 Ingredients:
- 500g chicken (with bones)
- 3–4 tomatoes (chopped or peeled) 🍅
- 1/2 cup oil or ghee
- 1 tablespoon ginger garlic paste
- 2–3 green chilies (sliced)
- 1/2 teaspoon red chili powder
- 1/2 teaspoon crushed black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon cumin seeds
- Salt to taste
- 1/2 teaspoon garam masala
- Fresh ginger and coriander for garnish 🌿
👨🍳 Steps to Make:
- Heat oil in a karahi or deep pan. Add chicken and fry for 5–6 minutes until color changes.
- Add ginger garlic paste and stir for 2 minutes.
- Add tomatoes, salt, chili powder, and black pepper. Mix well.
- Cover and cook on medium heat for 20–25 minutes until chicken is tender and oil separates.
- Add cumin, garam masala, and green chilies. Cook for 5 more minutes.
