📋 Ingredients:
- 1 cup poha (flattened rice)
- 1 small onion (chopped)
- 1 green chili (chopped)
- 1/4 teaspoon mustard seeds
- 5–6 curry leaves (optional)
- 1/4 teaspoon turmeric powder
- Salt to taste
- 1 tablespoon oil
- 1/2 lemon 🍋
- Fresh coriander leaves for garnish 🌿
👨🍳 Steps to Make:
- Wash poha in water. Let it sit for 5 minutes to soften.
- Heat oil in a pan. Add mustard seeds, curry leaves, and green chili.
- Add chopped onion and cook until soft.
