📋 Ingredients (for 6–8 tikkis):
- 3 medium potatoes (boiled & mashed) 🥔
- 1 green chili (chopped – optional)
- 1/2 teaspoon red chili powder
- 1/2 teaspoon garam masala
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon corn flour or rice flour (for crispiness)
- 1 tablespoon chopped coriander
- Oil for shallow frying

- In a bowl, mix mashed potatoes with all spices, green chili, coriander, and flour.
- Make small round patties with your hands.
- Heat oil in a pan. Place the tikkis and fry on medium flame.
