๐Ÿ“‹ Ingredients:

For Rasmalai Balls:

  • 1 liter milk (full cream)
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice (to curdle milk)
  • 1 teaspoon flour or suji (for binding)

For Ras (Milk Syrup):

  • 2 cups milk
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • Few saffron strands
  • 1/4 teaspoon cardamom powder
  • Crushed pistachios or almonds (for garnish) ๐ŸŒฐ

๐Ÿ‘จโ€๐Ÿณ Steps to Make:

  1. Boil milk and add lemon juice to make paneer (chhena).
  2. Strain and wash paneer. Squeeze water and knead it well.
  3. Add flour and knead again. Make small round balls and flatten them.
  4. Boil water with sugar and cook balls for 10 minutes. They will puff.
  5. In another pot, boil milk with sugar, saffron, and cardamom for 10 mins.
  6. Squeeze the cooked balls and drop them in the flavored milk.
  7. Chill in fridge and serve cold with nuts on top. โ„๏ธ
