High Protein Orange Fluff – Sweet & Healthy Dessert

This Orange Fluff is not just sweet and creamy it’s also high in protein! It tastes like a light orange mousse but gives your body strength and energy too.
It’s a perfect dessert after meals or a refreshing snack during the day. Kids, moms, gym lovers everyone will enjoy it.

This recipe is super easy and takes only 5 minutes to prepare. You just mix a few ingredients and chill!


📝 Ingredients:

Item Quantity
Fat-free Greek yogurt 1 cup (200g)
Sugar-free orange jelly powder 1 small packet
Water (hot) 1/2 cup
Whipped topping (low fat) 1 cup
Protein powder (vanilla) 1 scoop (optional)
Orange zest (optional) 1 tsp

🍽 How To Make:

  1. In a bowl, mix orange jelly powder with hot water. Stir well until it dissolves.

  2. Add Greek yogurt and protein powder (if using). Mix everything nicely.

  3. Gently fold in whipped topping until smooth.

  4. Add a little orange zest for extra flavor (optional).

  5. Pour into small cups or bowls.

  6. Keep in the fridge for 2–3 hours until set.

  7. Enjoy cold!
