Chicken Curry – Easy & Tasty Pakistani Style

📋 Ingredients:
- 500g chicken (with or without bones)
- 2 medium onions (finely sliced)
- 2 medium tomatoes (chopped) 🍅
- 1 tablespoon ginger garlic paste
- 1/2 cup oil or ghee
- 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder
- 1 teaspoon red chili powder
- 1 teaspoon coriander powder
- Salt to taste 🧂
- 1/2 teaspoon garam masala
- Fresh coriander for garnish 🌿
- 1–2 green chilies (optional)
- 1 cup water
👨🍳 Steps to Make:
- Heat oil in a pot. Add sliced onions and fry until golden brown.
- Add ginger garlic paste and fry for 1 minute.
- Add chopped tomatoes, turmeric, chili powder, coriander powder, and salt. Cook on medium heat until tomatoes are soft.
- Add chicken pieces. Mix well and cook until chicken changes color.
- Cover and cook on low heat for 10 minutes.
- Add 1 cup of water. Cover again and let it cook for 15–20 minutes.
- Add garam masala and green chilies. Cook for 5 more minutes until oil separates.
- Garnish with fresh coriander and serve hot with rice or roti. 🍚🍞
