Spaghetti with Red Sauce – Easy & Desi Style Pasta

Spaghetti is a famous pasta dish loved all around the world. But today, we’re making it with a desi-style red sauce – spicy, tangy, and full of flavor! This is perfect for dinner when you want something different but easy to make.

It’s a mix of soft spaghetti noodles and a rich tomato-based sauce with simple spices. You can also add chicken or vegetables to make it even better. Let’s try this tasty fusion recipe that your whole family will love. 🍝🌶️


📋 Ingredients:

  • 150g spaghetti noodles
  • 2 tablespoons oil
  • 1 onion (chopped)
  • 2 tomatoes (blended or chopped) 🍅
  • 1 tablespoon tomato ketchup
  • 1 teaspoon ginger garlic paste
  • 1/2 teaspoon red chili flakes
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon oregano (optional)
  • Salt to taste
  • Fresh coriander or parsley for garnish 🌿

👨‍🍳 Steps to Make:

  1. Boil water in a large pot. Add salt and spaghetti noodles. Cook for 8–10 minutes or until soft. Drain and keep aside.
  2. In a pan, heat oil. Add chopped onion and fry until soft.
  3. Add ginger garlic paste and cook for 1 minute.
  4. Add blended tomatoes, ketchup, salt, chili flakes, black pepper, and oregano. Cook until oil separates.
  5. Now add boiled spaghetti into the sauce. Mix everything well.
  6. Cook for 2–3 minutes so noodles absorb the flavor.
  7. Garnish with chopped coriander or parsley and serve hot! 🍽️
