Suji Ka Halwa β Easy & Sweet Desi Dessert

π Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup suji (semolina)
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup ghee π§
- 1 and 1/2 cups water
- 2β3 crushed cardamom (elaichi)
- A few chopped dry fruits (optional)

- Heat ghee in a pan on low flame. Add cardamom and let it cook for a few seconds.
- Add suji and roast it in ghee. Keep stirring until it turns light golden and gives a nice smell.
- In another pot, boil water with sugar. Mix until sugar dissolves.
- Slowly pour the hot sugar water into the suji pan. Be careful β it will bubble.
- Stir continuously to avoid lumps.
- Cook for 3β4 minutes until the halwa becomes thick and soft.
