📋 Ingredients (for 8 sticks):
- 1 block mozzarella cheese (cut into sticks)
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour (maida)
- 1 egg (beaten)
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/2 teaspoon chili flakes (optional)
- 1/4 teaspoon oregano (optional)
- Salt to taste
- Oil for frying

- Cut mozzarella cheese into thick sticks. Freeze for 15–20 minutes.
- In 3 bowls:
- 1 for flour
- 1 for egg
- 1 for breadcrumbs (mixed with chili flakes, salt, and oregano)
- Coat each stick in flour → then egg → then breadcrumbs.
- For extra crispiness, coat again in egg + breadcrumbs.
- Freeze for 10 more minutes so cheese doesn’t leak while frying.
