This is a very simple and healthy snack made with fresh carrot and cucumber sticks. They are served with hummus โ a creamy dip made from chickpeas. This snack is full of fiber, vitamins, and protein.

๐ Ingredients:
- 1 carrot (peeled and cut into sticks) ๐ฅ
- 1 cucumber (peeled and cut into sticks) ๐ฅ
- 1/2 cup hummus (ready-made or homemade โ see below)
For Homemade Hummus:
- 1/2 cup boiled chickpeas
- 1 tablespoon tahini
- 1/2 teaspoon lemon juice ๐
- 1 small garlic clove
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Salt to taste
- Water (as needed)

- Wash and cut carrot and cucumber into long sticks.
- For hummus: Blend chickpeas, tahini, lemon, garlic, olive oil, and salt until smooth.
- Add little water if needed for creamy texture.
