📋 Ingredients (for 2 parathas):
- 1 cup wheat flour
- Water and salt (for dough)
- 1/2 cup grated mozzarella or cheddar cheese 🧀
- 1 green chili (chopped – optional)
- Pinch of black pepper
- 1 tablespoon oil or ghee
👨🍳 Steps to Make:
- Make dough using wheat flour, water, and a pinch of salt. Rest for 10 mins.
- In a bowl, mix cheese, chili, and black pepper.
- Roll out 2 small dough balls into circles.
- Place cheese mix on one circle, cover with the second one, and seal edges.
- Cook on a tawa (pan) with ghee until golden brown from both sides.
- Serve hot and enjoy the cheese stretch!
