📋 Ingredients (for 4 corn dogs):

  • 4 chicken or beef sausages
  • 4 wooden skewers or sticks
  • 1/2 cup cornmeal (makai ka aata) 🌽
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour (maida)
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 cup milk (add more if needed)
  • Oil for deep frying

👨‍🍳 Steps to Make:

  1. Insert a wooden skewer into each sausage. Pat sausages dry with tissue.
  2. In a bowl, mix cornmeal, flour, sugar, salt, and baking powder.
  3. Add egg and milk. Mix until a thick smooth batter forms.
