๐ Ingredients:
- 2 large potatoes ๐ฅ
- 1 tablespoon corn flour or maida (optional โ for extra crispiness)
- Salt to taste
- Oil for deep frying
- Cold water for soaking

- Peel the potatoes and cut them into thin long strips.
- Soak the fries in cold water for 30 minutes. Then dry them with a towel.
- Sprinkle corn flour or maida and toss to coat lightly.
- Heat oil in a pan. Fry the potatoes once on medium heat for 4โ5 minutes (they will be soft, not golden).
- Remove and rest for 10 minutes.
- Now fry again on high heat until golden and crispy.
