Palak Paneer – Creamy Spinach & Cottage Cheese Curry

Palak Paneer is one of the most popular vegetarian dishes in desi homes and restaurants. It’s made with smooth spinach puree and soft paneer cubes (cheese). The taste is rich, creamy, and full of goodness. 🥬🧀
This dish is healthy too — spinach gives you iron, and paneer gives you protein. It’s perfect for lunch or dinner with roti, naan, or jeera rice. Let’s make this green and creamy delight at home!

- 2 tablespoons oil or ghee
- 1/4 teaspoon turmeric
- 1/2 teaspoon cumin seeds
