Spaghetti with Red Sauce – Easy & Desi Style Pasta

📋 Ingredients:
- 150g spaghetti noodles
- 2 tablespoons oil
- 1 onion (chopped)
- 2 tomatoes (blended or chopped) 🍅
- 1 tablespoon tomato ketchup
- 1 teaspoon ginger garlic paste
- 1/2 teaspoon red chili flakes
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon oregano (optional)
- Salt to taste
- Fresh coriander or parsley for garnish 🌿
👨🍳 Steps to Make:
- Boil water in a large pot. Add salt and spaghetti noodles. Cook for 8–10 minutes or until soft. Drain and keep aside.
- In a pan, heat oil. Add chopped onion and fry until soft.
- Add ginger garlic paste and cook for 1 minute.
- Add blended tomatoes, ketchup, salt, chili flakes, black pepper, and oregano. Cook until oil separates.
- Now add boiled spaghetti into the sauce. Mix everything well.
- Cook for 2–3 minutes so noodles absorb the flavor.
