๐ Ingredients:
- 1 cup sprouted moong daal or mixed sprouts
- 1/4 cup chopped onions
- 1/4 cup chopped tomato ๐
- 1 green chili (chopped, optional)
- Salt to taste
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice ๐
- Chopped coriander leaves ๐ฟ

- Wash the sprouts properly and boil them for 3โ4 minutes (optional โ can be used raw too).
- Drain water and let them cool.
- In a bowl, mix sprouts, onion, tomato, and green chili.
- Add salt and lemon juice. Mix well.
